Job summary

Energy Transfer in Dallas is seeking a Real Estate professional to work with the Director of Real Estate on leases, acquisitions, and portfolio optimizations. You will handle renewals, negotiations, and reporting to senior leadership while coordinating with title companies, consultants, and attorneys.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in commercial real estate, strong ownership mindset, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of related real estate experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute lease renewal, extensions, and restructures.
• Support reporting to the Director of Real Estate on acquisitions and negotiations.
• Assist with integration of mergers and acquisitions portfolios.
• Serve as a liaison for corporate reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with title companies, consultants, brokers and attorneys.
• Create report templates and provide portfolio updates to Sr. Management.
• Assist with ROFR inquiries, notices, condemnations, and tax investigations.
