Proven Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Director of Real Estate to own a nationwide office portfolio with a hybrid work model in Dallas. You will lead strategy, budget, and operations across locations, directing remodels, relocations, and lease processes while collaborating with executive leadership.

You will manage the full lease lifecycle and serve as the primary real estate contact for acquisitions, ensuring brand standards. Expect 25–30% travel and leadership of a Facilities Coordinator.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, vendors, contractors, or cross-functional projects.
• Must have corporate experience managing multiple office locations.
• Travel 25%–30% of the time required.

Responsabilités

We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed company looking for a proven facilities and corporate real estate leader to take full ownership of its nationwide office portfolio. Your experience leading remodels, relocations, and lease processes, combined with your ability to lead with minimal direction, will help you shine in this role. What you’ll do:

• Own the strategy, planning, budget, and day-to-day operations for a nationwide, multi-location office portfolio
• Lead office buildouts, remodels, relocations, consolidations, and expansions from planning through execution
• Manage the full lease lifecycle, including site selection, renewals, negotiation support, and lease reassignments tied to acquisitions

Who you are:

• 8+ Years of progressive facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate experience
• 3+ Years of leadership experience managing teams, vendors, contractors, or cross-functional projects
• MUST HAVE corporate experience managing multiple office locations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• A strong communicator and relationship builder who is comfortable traveling 25% to 30% of the time

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $180, 000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
