Ares Management Corporation seeks a Senior Associate, Real Estate Operations, to partner with Global and Regional COOs on strategic initiatives and cross-functional priorities. You will leverage advanced Excel models and AI-enabled analytics to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, while delivering executive-ready narratives and materials.

The role requires strong presentation skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate with Finance, HR, Technology, Legal, Marketing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate with strong academic credentials; Master’s degree a plus.
• 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, accounting, or management consulting.
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills, including building and auditing complex models from scratch.
• Outstanding PowerPoint and presentation skills for executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Support Global/Regional COOs in executing high-impact strategic initiatives and cross-segment projects.
• Prepare, review, and iterate materials for senior leader meetings and business reviews.
• Analyze complex Excel models to support budgeting, reforecasting, expense tracking, and headcount planning.
• Develop executive-ready presentations with storytelling, insights, and recommendations.
• Assist with communications to partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with accurate, on-brand messaging.
