Job summary

Ares Management Corporation is seeking an Analyst to support real estate investment and fund activities through financial analysis and asset-level evaluation. You will maintain models, enhance analytics infrastructure, and partner across teams to deliver insights to stakeholders and investors.

The role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of applicable work experience in commercial real estate or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, data science, or related field.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise and Excel modeling strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fund financial modeling, forecast equity deployment, and portfolio returns.
• Lead property cash flow models for leasing, capex, and market assumptions.
• Assist in quarterly valuations using Argus and Excel.
• Support buy/sell/hold analyses at multiple market levels.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and development on new investments.
• Assist budgeting with capital projections and deployment forecasting.
• Own internal and external reporting deliverables.
• Support Investor Relations with due diligence and ad hoc requests.
• Build and maintain data systems and dashboards across teams.
