Responsibilities

• Create detailed financial underwriting models for acquisitions and development.
• Perform asset-level and market-level due diligence.
• Understand capital structure and business plan risks.
• Assess property characteristics and operating metrics.
• Identify demand drivers via market research and brokers.
• Summarize conclusions for senior management review.
• Participate in underwriting discussions and asset management support.
• Review legal docs with team and counsel during negotiations.
