Job summary

Ares Management Corporation seeks an Associate of Data & Analytics to support operational reporting and data management for real estate assets across funds. You will assist ESG initiatives, data collection, and cross-functional projects while partnering with Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in real estate data roles, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

4+ years of real estate management or related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements and legal documents.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; familiarity with database systems.
Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
Willingness to irregular or long hours.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly operational performance reporting for Real Estate executives.
Support data collection and analysis for initiatives and projects.
Assist with Real Estate systems assessments and migrations.
Improve processes to ensure data integrity for operational metrics.
Support data collection for global real estate data transformation projects.
Respond to internal data requests from Asset Mgmt, Portfolio Mgmt, IR, Marketing and Financial Reporting.
Manage asset management operational activities such as budgeting and valuations.
Provide data for third-party consultants with asset/lease information.
