Ares Management is seeking an Associate to join their Real Estate Equity team in New York. You will build detailed financial models for real estate investments, assess capital structures, and evaluate market demand to support investment decisions.

You’ll work closely with a professional team to manage assets, review legal documents, and contribute to asset management and property sales while traveling as needed. The role offers competitive compensation and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance experience, preferably in real estate investment banking or private equity.
• Proficient in Excel; ARGUS knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with integrity; able to handle fast-paced environment; willing to travel.
