Job summary

AlphaX RE Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the real estate team in Cupertino, CA. The role focuses on maintaining pipeline visibility, coordinating across departments, and ensuring timely transaction flow in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in operations or administration, experience with CRM systems, and strong organizational skills. You will help with process improvements, reporting, and internal SOPs while supporting daily office

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in real estate or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems or pipeline tools preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and task management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track active transaction pipeline from contract to closing.
• Ensure milestones, deadlines, and documentation are met.
• Proactively follow up with internal team members to maintain deal momentum.
• Flag potential delays, risks, or missing information to leadership.
• Prepare listing disclosures and required documentation for market launch.
• Coordinate communication between sales, transaction coordination, marketing, and leadership.
• Maintain and update internal SOPs and operational workflows.
• Maintain accuracy of CRM and internal tracking systems.
