About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team in Cupertino, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in real estate. Prior real estate experience is not required — we value strong work ethic, coachability, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
• Assist clients with property searches, showings, and open houses
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders
• Support offer preparation, negotiations, and transaction coordination
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings

• Active California DRE Real Estate Salesperson License (not required but highly preferred)
• Strong willingness to learn and accept coaching

The expected salary range for this position is $42,000 to $54,000 per year The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
