This is a unique opportunity to help shape a growing team and build a career inside one of the most dynamic brokerages in Philly. We are now seeking an Operations Manager to help support and scale the business. The ideal team member is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about creating operational excellence behind the scenes. Location: In/around Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Start Date: Summer 2025 What You’ll Get: • Base Salary: $50,000 based on experience • Bonus Potential: $5K – $10K based on performance and business growth • Insurance Stipend • Opportunities for Professional Development • A seat at the table as we grow and scale something meaningful Responsibilities: • Manage and improve operational systems: lead gen, listings, transaction coordination, and team workflows • Build and maintain Monday.com dashboards, checklists, and automations • Oversee team projects, weekly priorities, and KPI tracking • Document SOPs and create a structure around day-to-day processes • Assist with financial reporting, vendor coordination, and event logistics • Ensure quality control across marketing, database management, and client communications • Act as a trusted right-hand to the team leader, keeping things on track and moving forward Qualifications: • 2–3 years of experience in operations, team coordination, or business admin (real estate experience a plus) • Strong organizational skills and a systems-minded approach to workflow and task management • Tech-savvy: familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Canva, and CRMs • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, and able to hold others accountable professionally • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment • Spanish-speaking strongly preferred • Must have access to a car and be willing to drive for occasional errands or meetings Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
