Real Estate Office Manager and Agent Marketing Support

We’re a real estate brokerage in Bozeman, MT looking for someone to join our team in our Office Manager and Agent Marketing Support position. In this role you will be responsible for keeping our office running smoothly while also supporting our agents with transactions as well as marketing and social media efforts. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm at our Bozeman office.

Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  1. Open and close the office (8:30am - 5pm) and manage day-to-day office operations.
  2. Oversee reception duties; greeting clients and agents, answering incoming calls and sending the call to the appropriate agent or office.
  3. Help organize office and agent events.
  4. Willing and able to assist with office equipment.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Agent Support

  1. Manage compliance and paperwork for real estate transactions through online transaction management software.
  2. Assist agents with creating flyers, marketing emails.
  3. Help agents with projects as needed.

Social Media Marketing:

  1. Create social media posts.
  2. Schedule and publish social media posts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  3. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Social media experience is a plus but not required.
