What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inspections for the installation and rehabilitation of mobile homes and manufactured homes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide regulatory guidance and consultation to department personnel, contractors, and the public
- Develop and implement work schedules for inspections and staff management
- Participate in the development of annual work plans, goals, and ongoing process improvements
- Collaborate with other agency personnel to ensure consistent program compliance and resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a valid Arizona Driver’s License
- International Code Council (or equivalent) certification in an appropriate category at time of hire or within one year of hire date
- Knowledge of federal regulations, state statutes, adopted building codes, and construction methods related to regulated buildings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze policies and procedures and implement new processes
