The Real Estate Lending Assistant at FARMERS TRUST & SAVINGS BANK in Spencer, IA will support the Real Estate Lending staff by preparing loan documents and ensuring required documents are in order prior to loan closing.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working with title opinions, lien searches, disclosures, and mortgage-related regulatory checks; a high school diploma is required and a college degree is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred in Business, Finance, or Real Estate.
• Experience with real estate loan support preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage time efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to clients of the financial institution and its affiliates.
• Prepare real estate loan applications for customers interested in a loan.
• Prepare and mail Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure packages as requested.
• Review title opinions for liens and judgments; order lien searches.
• Process and order payoffs; handle title guarantee and insurance for closing.
