Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of previous experience or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to outlying branch areas.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant loan documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Originate suspense/tickler reporting.
• Complete CRA and HMDA file reviews as requested.
• Prepare monthly loan reports as requested.
• Serve as backup for other positions and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations; participate in examinations and audits.
• Adhere to Information Security Program and maintain high risk and security awareness.
• Develop knowledge of Bank products and services to provide quality customer service.
