Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the Business Banking Department by performing clerical functions.
• Prepares and maintains customer files; typing loan documents, loan tickets, and operating line advances; maintains customer identification files.
• Maintains proficiency in commercial and agriculture documentation and processing.
• Acts as a lead for document management for the Business Banking Department Mason City Offices.
