Real Estate One is seeking an organized Administrative and Marketing Coordinator in Traverse City, MI. The role combines light marketing coordination with office administration to support agents and branch leadership.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, create branded materials, manage calendars, and help with onboarding and office communications. A minimum of two years in related fields is preferred, with proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Two or more years of experience in marketing, administration, customer service, communications, real estate support, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting real estate transactions, transaction coordination, or related administrative processes preferred.
• Strong visuals sense and design eye for clean layouts, color use, spacing, and professional presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support related to real estate transactions, including organizing documentation and tracking required information.
• Maintain organized transaction files and ensure documentation is completed and routed properly.
• Assist agents and branch leadership with transaction-related admin needs and office processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, social media, events, and company initiatives.
• Create and customize branded marketing materials (graphics, flyers, postcards, presentations, emails).
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, proofreading, and marketing calendars.
