Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shape and create social content across channels, including on-site shoots.
• Staff and coordinate property and lifestyle photoshoots and events.
• Manage team calendar and day-to-day project management for marketing initiatives.
• Support invoicing and budget tracking for the Marketing department.
• Maintain the company photo library and SharePoint structure.
• Coordinate employee headshots and bios across the organization.
