Samuels & Associates in Boston is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations across the portfolio, from social content on-site to coordinating activations and events. This entry-level role is ideal for someone 1–3 years into their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation in marketing, communications, and creative functions.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to assist campaign reporting, vendor and budget

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field (internships count).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced Marketing team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple small projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and shape social content across channels, including on-site shoots.
• Staff activations and events across the portfolio.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and local creator collaborations.
• Support calendar, contracts, invoicing, and budget tracking for marketing.
• Maintain photo library and SharePoint structure.
• Assist with residential communications and events as needed.
• Update event and external listings, audit website, and monitor Google profiles.
