We Are Legal Revolution in Houston seeks a Litigation Associate focused on Real Estate, Construction, and Business disputes. You will work on HOA conflicts, deed restrictions, land-use issues, and partnership disputes while contributing to growth in a boutique firm setting.

The role supports a remote-friendly model with mentorship from senior lawyers, and offers a clear path to expanded responsibilities as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license required.
• 3–5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in real estate and business disputes ideal.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills.
• No PI or insurance defense background.

Responsibilities

• Handle real estate litigation: HOA disputes, deed restrictions, land-use and foreclosure-related issues.
• Handle business litigation: partner/shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty matters.
