We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan seeks a Senior Real Estate Litigation Associate to lead landlord-tenant and related real estate disputes with regular NYC court appearances. You will own an active docket, manage case strategy, and interact directly with clients to advance matters.

The ideal candidate has extensive real estate litigation experience, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a track record of managing matters from intake to resolution.

• Extensive experience in landlord-tenant and related real estate litigation.
• Ability to own and manage an active docket from intake to resolution.
• Direct client exposure and effective communication with opposing counsel.

Mansioni

• Manage landlord-tenant and related real estate litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Appear in NYC housing court and civil court, handling conferences and hearings.
• Draft pleadings and motions, and argue motions as required.
• Drive discovery, including demands, responses, depositions, and status reporting.
• Lead case strategy and coordinate with clients and opposing counsel.
