You'll handle employment disputes, draft pleadings and discovery, advise employers on compliance, and develop contracts and policies. This role emphasizes independence, responsibility, and professional growth in a busy practice.

Formación

• 2+ years employment experience in both litigation and transactional aspects.

Responsabilidades

• Litigation: Represent clients in employment disputes; draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Transactional work: Advise employers on federal, state, and local labor-law compliance.
• Contract & policy development: Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, handbooks, and policies.
• Regulatory compliance & advisory: Counsel on FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII and workplace regulations.
