We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney for a Texas-based docket focused on real estate, business, and construction disputes. This role emphasizes hands-on case work, direct client communication, and an hourly billing model funded by upfront retainers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil litigation, a JD from an accredited school, strong writing and motions practice, and comfort working remotely from the Houston area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally involving real estate, business, and/or construction disputes.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills, including motion practice.
• Comfort working in an hourly billing model supported by upfront retainers.
• Ability to work on-site in the Houston area.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters involving real estate, business, and construction disputes.
• Draft pleadings, substantive motions, and briefs, including dispositive motion practice.
• Develop and execute discovery strategy, including written discovery, document review, and depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk, and practical resolution options, with clear and consistent communication.
