Qualifications

• Active Texas bar admission required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years civil litigation experience, preferably in real estate, business, and construction disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters including real estate, business, and construction disputes.
• Represent clients through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial prep.
• Draft and argue motions; prepare discovery responses.
• Communicate strategy, budgeting, and case status to clients in hourly/retainer framework.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on litigation strategy.
