Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks a Compliance Specialist to support its Licensing/Brokerage team in managing real estate licenses across Lincoln's platform. You will oversee applications, renewals, and monitoring to meet regulatory deadlines with strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up.

The role requires coordinating with state commissions and brokers, maintaining audit-ready records, and onboarding licensed personnel while ensuring compliance requirements are met before activation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience will be considered.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or compliance support role; real estate licensing or brokerage compliance is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of deadlines, renewals, and follow-up items simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to catch and correct discrepancies before they become compliance issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); comfortable learning new licensing or compliance tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and responsive when interfacing with brokers, agents, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of license applications, renewals, amendments, and reciprocal licenses across Lincoln's operating states.
• Monitor expiration dates and continuing education deadlines to prevent lapses in licensure.
• Maintain audit-ready licensing records for all brokerage personnel in Lincoln's licensing system.
• Coordinate with state real estate commissions, designated brokers, and licensing agencies to resolve questions and discrepancies.
• Support onboarding of licensed personnel by verifying license status and processing sponsorship transfers.
• Track and report license application and renewal volume, flag bottlenecks, and escalate time-sensitive items to leadership.
• Respond to license verification requests from internal teams, brokers, and external agencies.
• Identify process improvements to support renewals and monitoring needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
