Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Licensing/Brokerage team in managing real estate license applications, renewals, and monitoring across the Lincoln platform. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely follow-up, and collaboration with state agencies and brokers to ensure compliance.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience will be considered.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or compliance support role; licensing experience a plus.
• Experience with real estate licensing or brokerage compliance is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, renewals, and follow-up items simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of license applications, renewals, amendments, and reciprocal licenses across Lincoln's states.
• Monitor license expiration dates and continuing education deadlines to prevent lapses in licensure.
• Maintain audit-ready licensing records for all personnel in Lincoln's licensing system.
• Coordinate with state real estate commissions, designated brokers, and agencies to resolve questions and discrepancies.
• Assist onboarding by verifying license status and sponsorship transfers before activation.
• Track and report license activity, flag bottlenecks, and escalate time-sensitive items to leadership.
