Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Licensing/Brokerage team in managing real estate licenses across Lincoln’s platform. The role emphasizes organization, meticulous follow-up, and timely renewals to meet regulatory deadlines.

You will handle applications, renewals, and disciplinary checks, coordinating with state commissions and brokers. A strong attention to detail and solid MS Office skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional degree preferred.
• 1+ years in admin, coordination, or compliance support.
• Experience with real estate licensing or brokerage compliance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of license applications, renewals, amendments, and reciprocal licenses across Lincoln’s states.
• Monitor expiration dates, CE deadlines, and regulatory filing deadlines to prevent lapses.
• Maintain audit-ready licensing records in Lincoln’s licensing tracking system.
