Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Licensing/Brokerage team in the day-to-day monitoring, renewal, and administration of real estate licenses across the Lincoln platform. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-up to meet regulatory deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or compliance support role; real estate licensing experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of deadlines, renewals, and follow-up items.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to catch and correct discrepancies before they become compliance issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); comfortable learning new licensing or compliance tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and responsive when interfacing with brokers, agents, and regulatory agencies.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of license applications, renewals, amendments, and reciprocal licenses across states Lincoln operates.
• Monitor license expiration dates, continuing education deadlines, and regulatory filing deadlines to prevent lapses.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready licensing records for all brokerage personnel within Lincoln's licensing tracking system.
• Coordinate with state real estate commissions, designated brokers, and licensing agencies to resolve application questions and compliance discrepancies.
• Support onboarding of new licensed personnel by verifying license status and sponsorship transfers before activation.
• Track and report on license application and renewal volume; escalate time-sensitive items to leadership.
• Respond to license verification requests from internal teams, brokers, and external agencies promptly.
• Partner with Licensing/Brokerage team to identify process improvements for renewals and monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
