Responsabilités

• Answer Owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; provide recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities (reloads/referrals).
• Maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
