Job summary

Our client, a private equity firm, seeks an Investor Relations Operations Associate to join their Capital Formation team in Jersey City. You will partner with senior leadership and engage directly with high-net-worth investors and institutional partners.

Responsibilities include maintaining investor CRM records, preparing analytics, coordinating engagements across time zones, drafting communications, supporting events, and managing calendars and travel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, fund operations, or financial services.
• Recent experience in client services or fundraising support.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate investor records in the firm's CRM, including correspondence and notes.
• Prepare reporting and analytics to support pipeline management and investor oversight.
• Coordinate investor engagements, including calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Draft and edit investor communications and correspondence.
• Support capital raising initiatives and investor events.
• Manage logistics and preparation for meetings and travel.
• Document meeting outcomes and track action items to completion.
