Qualifications

• 1-5 years of total work experience within real estate investment banking or real estate investor relations
• Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings
• Synthesize portfolio data and macro trends with PMs and BD teams to create marketing content and update pieces (white papers, commentary, webinars)
• Complete investor documentation and respond to inquiries related to product offerings
• Gather and maintain information on market dynamics including competitors

Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings
• Synthesize portfolio data and key real estate and macroeconomic trends to develop portfolio and macro viewpoints in close coordination with portfolio managers and business development teams to translate viewpoints and create new marketing content and update existing content, including long-form thought pieces, white papers, commentary, presentation materials, webinars and talking points
• Complete investor documentation and understanding products to facilitate responses to inquiries related to product offerings
• Gather and maintain information of market dynamics including information on competitors
