The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, real estate knowledge (equity & debt), and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a high attention to detail and the ability to analyze large financial datasets.

Qualifikationen

• IR experience in real estate or related fields preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and prepare quarterly investor reports, presentations and marketing materials.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative responses for prospective investors during due diligence.
• Provide ongoing support for existing investors.
• Prepare Annual Investor Meeting presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm on cross-platform initiatives.
