Qualifications

• Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads.
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries.
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting to cultivate leads.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients.
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies.
• Track monthly and quarterly performance to ensure sales goals are met.
• Communicate with prospects to convert them into qualified leads.
• Qualify incoming leads quickly to provide excellent service.
• Keep the customer database updated.
