High Visions Real Estate is expanding its Real Estate Lead Manager (Maintenance) role for the U.S. market and invites applicants who excel in outbound calling, lead qualification, and CRM-driven follow-up.
This remote, full-time position offers performance bonuses and paid onboarding. The ideal candidate speaks confidently with American homeowners and drives opportunities through a structured lead pipeline.
High Visions Real Estate is a growing real estate investment company operating primarily in North Carolina and South Carolina, with opportunities across additional U.S. markets.
We specialize in helping property owners find solutions to their real estate challenges through cash offers and alternative selling options.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Real Estate Lead Manager to join our team remotely.
This is not a traditional virtual assistant position. We are searching for someone who can confidently speak with American homeowners, identify genuine selling motivation, qualify opportunities, and take ownership of our entire lead follow-up pipeline.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, coachable, competitive, and comfortable being measured by performance.
Your mission is simple: Make sure every lead receives the right attention, every qualified opportunity reaches our acquisitions team, and no motivated seller falls through the cracks.
Starting compensation: $5–$6 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
Performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and completed transactions.
Opportunities for compensation increases based on performance.
Paid onboarding and training.
Remote work environment.
Opportunities for professional development and advancement into senior leadership roles.
Supportive, results-driven team culture.
Success in this role will be measured using a combination of activity, lead quality, CRM accuracy, and contribution to closed transactions.
Initial performance benchmarks may include:
100–150 outbound call attempts per day, adjusted for inbound lead volume and administrative workload.
10–15 meaningful seller conversations per day.
10–15 qualified appointments per week, subject to sufficient lead volume.
Prompt responses to new inbound leads, with a five-minute target during scheduled working hours.
100% documentation of substantive seller conversations.
No unaddressed overdue follow-up tasks within the Lead Manager's assigned queue.
Consistent follow-through on scheduled seller appointments and warm transfers.
Weekly reporting on pipeline activity, lead quality, and outstanding opportunities.
Performance goals will be reviewed and adjusted based on lead availability, campaign quality, and business needs.
We are looking for someone who:
Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Is persistent without being pushy.
Understands that consistency in follow-up creates opportunities.
Can speak naturally and confidently with homeowners.
Values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Welcomes coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Understands that accurate CRM management is just as important as making calls.
Wants to grow with a company rather than simply complete assigned tasks.
Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
The schedule includes a one-hour meal break, totaling 40 working hours per week.
Candidates must be comfortable consistently working U.S. business hours.
Qualified candidates may be invited to complete:
An initial application and experience review.
A brief English communication and recorded introduction assessment.
A live interview with our leadership team.
A simulated seller qualification call and objection-handling role-play.
A practical CRM and pipeline prioritization assessment.
Any substantive trial work will be paid.
