Place Network Agents is seeking a driven Production Partner to grow with one of North America’s top real estate teams. You’ll learn from top 20% producers and leverage proven models, tools, and coaching to drive client success.

With the Jenson Team, you’ll have access to growth opportunities, health benefits, and vesting plans as you build a scalable real estate practice through PLACE Technology and structured weekly coaching.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Guide clients to homes with sales agents.
• Provide written feedback to refine client search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers for agents and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team trainings.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and Partner Call.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
