Join a collaborative real estate team as a Production Partner, gaining access to proven models, systems, tools, coaching, and training. Work with experienced agents, guide clients, and grow your business with team-generated leads and accountability.

Responsibilities include writing offers, following up on leads, and participating in weekly coaching, trainings, and script practice. Compensation is commission-based, with a $60,000–$100,000 yearly target.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Assist lead agent to guide clients to homes.
• Provide detailed written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the lead agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Follow up with assigned leads and track activity.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
