Job summary

Place Network Agents is seeking a driven Production Partner to grow with one of North America’s top real estate teams. You’ll learn from top 20% producers and leverage proven models, tools, and coaching to drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Guide clients to homes with sales agents.
• Provide written feedback to refine client search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers for agents and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team trainings.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and Partner Call.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
