Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Guide clients to homes with sales agents and write/negotiate offers.
• Provide detailed feedback to refine client searches.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions and trainings.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
