Qualifications

• Strong understanding of third-party property management operations and financial structures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with property owners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Experience managing transitions and new property onboarding.
