Qualifications
- Must be VA barred; recent law graduates awaiting bar results encouraged to apply.
- Experience representing banks or mortgage servicers or general real estate or litigation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze legal issues and review strategies for assigned matters with Managing Attorney.
- Handle a caseload in accordance with firm, client, and court timeline requirements.
- Prepare and review a variety of legal documents for legal sufficiency and compliance with client directives and state/federal law.
- Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, and prepare foreclosure related motions, complaints, pleadings, and briefs.
- Draft complaints, motions, and other filings.
- Participate in trials at the state and Federal level as needed.
