Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to handle all aspects of civil litigation.
• Experience with real estate, mortgage servicing or foreclosure preferred.

• Manage all aspects of litigation stemming from mortgage servicing and/or foreclosure matters.
• Draft court pleadings and motions.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
