Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a remote Legal Assistant to provide legal support and administrative functions. This role is critical in representing financial institutions in bankruptcy and foreclosure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and possess a High School Diploma, along with knowledge of judicial foreclosure processes. The position also offers excellent benefits, including health plans and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• Judicial foreclosure experience highly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of legal principles and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process workloads as per Aldridge Pite procedures.
• Draft legal documents, including Bailee letters.
• Coordinate and prepare files for client audits.
