Qualifications

• Proficiency with property management systems Entrata, Yardi and OneSite.
• Ability to learn client-specific PMS platforms quickly.
• Strong change management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting multiple communities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication with residents, vendors and owners.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to and facilitates an optimized consumer experience via phone, email, or other technologies.
• Processes onsite operational expenses, reconciles work performed, codes to COA, and coordinates with vendors and accounting.
• Communicates with residents regarding balances, collects on delinquencies, and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Supports possession regain procedures, notices, and coordination with legal teams and onsite staff.
• Completes final accounting procedures to ensure accurate billing and minimize damages liabilities.
• Reconciles expenses and handles vendor communications and disputes.
• Sets up new vendors and service providers for payment and resolves invoice issues.
• Reviews utility charges and addresses unit-level discrepancies with onsite teams.
• Assists with resident lifecycle paperwork, move-in/out, renewals, audits, and related tasks.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by timely responses and issue resolution.
