Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations of a growing residential real estate development organization in Concord, MA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Direct experience within residential real estate development, homebuilding, or related real estate.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with strategic hands-on capability.
• Experience with debt financing, refinancing, lender negotiations, and/or joint ventures.
• Experience working with real estate accounting or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership.
• Evaluate capital structures and financing strategies.
• Provide financial insight supporting investment and development decisions.
• Lead financing efforts for residential development projects, including debt, loans, and joint ventures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and financial partners.
• Monitor debt compliance and lender reporting requirements.
• Lead capital-raising initiatives and financial presentations.
• Direct annual budgeting and long-term financial planning.
• Review development pro formas and assess project feasibility.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and return metrics.
• Provide scenario analysis and financial modeling for investments.
