Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or senior finance role within real estate, private equity, or fund management.
• Deep knowledge of real estate accounting, fund structures, and financial reporting.
• Track record of managing investor capital accounts, distributions, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow functions.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP.
• Build and maintain financial models across assets, funds, and forecasts.
