The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with 4–8 years of experience. Formación
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate finance or related transactional real estate matters.
- Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
Responsabilidades
- Advise on commercial real estate financing transactions and investment matters.
- Represent lenders in mortgage loan originations and structured finance transactions.
- Assist with loan workouts, restructurings, and distressed asset matters.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, and other commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents.
