Job summary

Overview

• The role requires significant experience with commercial real estate financings, including mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans, as well as acquisition and dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leasing, and development and construction matters.
• Responsibilities include leading and managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Key tasks involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents such as loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and leases.
• The associate will advise clients on real estate development, title, and survey matters, and conduct/oversee due diligence.
• The Real Estate practice regularly handles transactions for leading private equity funds, investment banks, operators and developers, pension funds, REITs, and sovereign wealth funds.
• The practice advises on complex, cross-border, highly structured real estate deals involving sophisticated financing arrangements, leveraging specialist real estate capabilities across all product lines and a global network.
