Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks a Vice President for Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance Analytics to translate complex GRE data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You will analyze the corporate real estate portfolio, covering capital and expense planning, headcount, occupancy, and portfolio scenario modeling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in data analytics, financial analysis, or related quantitative fields.
Ability to frame ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses.
Hands-on experience with scenario modeling and financial planning models.
Proficiency with large, multi-source datasets.
Ability to translate analyses into strategic implications for senior leaders.
Strong written and verbal communication; experience preparing executive materials.
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and/or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

Portfolio analytics across GRE portfolio integrating financial, headcount, and real estate metrics.
Build and maintain scenario models for occupancy, capital allocation and expense planning.
Respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from senior leadership.
Synthesize analyses into concise executive-ready presentations.
Improve data quality and analytical workflows across data sources.
