Job summary

The GRE Finance Analytics team within JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s CAO Finance & Business Management division provides analytical coverage across the firm’s corporate real estate portfolio, supporting capital and expense planning, headcount and occupancy analysis, and scenario modeling.

This VP-level role translates complex, multi-dimensional real estate data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives, partnering with GRE stakeholders and senior leadership to inform portfolio

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analytics or financial analysis experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
• Experience with scenario modeling and financial planning models.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio analytics: conduct analyses across GRE portfolio to surface trends and opportunities.
• Scenario & financial modeling: build models for occupancy, capital allocation, and spending.
• Ad hoc analysis: respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from senior leadership.
• Executive reporting: synthesize analyses into concise materials for senior management.
• Data infrastructure: work with multi-source datasets and improve data quality and workflows.
