Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, or a related quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience with scenario modeling and/or financial planning models.
• Proficiency with large, complex, multi-source datasets.
• Ability to translate analytical output into clear strategic implications for non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level materials.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in SQL and/or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Analytics: conduct in-depth analyses across the GRE portfolio to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Scenario & Financial Modeling: build and maintain scenario models for occupancy, capital allocation, and expense planning.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from LOB partners and senior leadership.
• Executive Reporting: synthesize analyses into concise, high-impact presentations for senior management.
• Data Infrastructure: work with large, multi-source datasets; identify opportunities to improve data quality and modeling capabilities.
