Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Head of Global Real Estate Controls in the CAO to lead GRE control objectives, align with enterprise standards, and own risk governance.

Based in New York, you will guide strategy, drive issue remediation, and report to GRE leadership while coordinating with Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, and Global Security. You will oversee a team, promote process discipline, and partner with regional leaders to ensure effective controls and risk management across GRE

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience across corporate real estate, operations, finance, or large-scale program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading global programs, teams, and governance routines in complex matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to GRE leadership, providing end-to-end controls oversight and issue management.
• Identify, elevate, and drive remediation of control gaps and issues; ensure action plans are completed.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness; improve efficiency and long-term performance.
• Run monthly and quarterly governance routines and deliver management reporting.
• Partner with audit and testing teams during control testing and internal audit activity.
